Marriage Ceremony

I will ensure that your ceremony is professionally organised so that the demands of your wedding day are minimised with a relaxed and friendly approach. I facilitate all paperwork and submission of documentation to relevant authorities. I provide a no obligation first meeting where we have the opportunity to discuss your wedding needs, terms and how to arrange a marriage. The second meeting is a longer meeting where the paperwork is filled out, a draft of the ceremony is formed, and questions asked to incorporate stories to personalise the ceremony. You can choose a variety of rituals, readings, poems or blessings from a source of materials to incorporate and create a wonderful, personalised ceremony. ID (Passport or Birth Certificate) and, in the case of a remarriage relevant documentation need to be sighted.  Arrival at the venue at least 40 minutes prior to the ceremony, conducting the ceremony and any other assistance you require.

A Naming Ceremony is a meaningful and special occasion to celebrate a child’s life. The Ceremony is a personal and a joyous way to welcome your child as your family and friends gather to offer their best wishes. It will be an absolute pleasure to create for you a ceremony which recognises your love, hopes and wishes for your child. Other children in your family may also be included. Naming Ceremonies give an opportunity for you to make promises to your child and to acknowledge those who will play a significant role in your child’s life such as siblings, grandparents and friends. It is an opportunity to appoint Godparents or Guardians.

Renewing your wedding vows is a deeply meaningful and memorable way to renew the bonds of love within a marriage, and to share that love with others in your life by declaring in a special way your continuing commitment to your spouse before family and friends. Couples use the ceremony as an opportunity to publicly express their love and commitment to one another. Some reasons couples celebrate a vow re-affirmation might be to celebrate a significant wedding anniversary, or to celebrate a life changing event or period in your lives using the ceremony as a celebration of life. There are few rules about renewal of vows and the ceremony can be a simple expression of your commitment or larger gathering of family and friends. There are no legal requirements it is a special occasion for the couple to re-affirm their commitment to each other and prepare for many more years and memories ahead.

Commitment Ceremony

A happy relationship is the union of two good forgivers.

This ceremony is performed with the same care and attention to detail as any wedding. There are times when couples would like to make the commitment without the legal vows.  Alternatively, they may possibly have to have a marriage ceremony in another country and family members are unable to attend, so this is a wonderful way the family in Australia can participate in their union.  It is still a very meaningful event for the couple. Commitment Certificates are of course cherished by the couple as is the bound copy of the Ceremony.
